Nothing to say , typical Company recruit people. They are not allowed to trust either in terms of contract or work, they have a lot of contracts so they can give other jobs when you lost the one you applied for
Warehouse Worker | Rugby | 10 Dec 2015
Productive but no chance for pernament from last 12 months
I`ve been worked in Britvic Soft Drinks by Pertemps. No chance for permanent job and no one can say for how long I be able to stay in Britvic or for how they will need me. No future for me.
ProsShort distance Home-Work
ConsDifferent treet for agency employers and contract ones
Warehouse Supervisor | Rugby | 5 Sep 2018
Busy and productive environment
I learned a lot of new skills during my time here, met a lot of new people, hopefully I will stay in touch with them. The hardest job in here is to communicate with other employers, who doesn't speak English.
Warehouse Worker | Rugby | 16 Dec 2019
Unfair discrimination
Don’t work for Pertemps or DHL is you have any mental health issues I suffer from depression and have had to take time off sick and they unfairly dismissed me

Warehouse Worker | Rugby | 3 Jan 2016
good place to work
Typical day would be to start unloading lorry's by hand onto pallets, wrapping them and then being sent to be re-stocked in the warehouse. we learned it was a very fast paced place to work but quite enjoyable and management and co-workers very helpful indeed.Hardest part was hand balling but at the same time quite enjoyable.
Proscoffee after every trailer emptied
Consno cons

productive workplace
typical day at work starts at 2 PM to 10 PM and if you are working overtime, then from 10 AM to 10 PM. I tried to change shift, becouse of my personal life issues, but they didin't changed my shift. The hardest part of the job is that you know you are like someone's property, you can't make your own decisions, if you asking about full-time job they are saying to you that is almost impossible.
Consnot a full time job, no perspectives for the future.

Good agency.
Currently working on various DHL sites in Crick via Pertemps. Including Drivers Mate work for DHL Mothercare, Warehouse Operative for DHL DIDC 1, and most recently working for DHL Ferrero picking and PPT driving. Across all these contracts worked to a very high standard and always received praise from my superiors. My duties over all include as above Picking/Packing/PPT/Goods In/Goods Out/In house PC system work and any other duties given by my immediate managers.

interesting, vivid and fun workplace
This work has taught me a lot. Receiving goods, controlling priority jobs, giving assignments to co-workers, identifying goods and dispatching finished product.
