Very productive, productive, professional yet fun working enviroment
A normal day at work would be collecting my headset from my locker, logging into our systems and immediately taking calls. Average around 50 calls a day, up to 150 calls on a busy day, individually. Considering there would be 45 agents including myself. I developed my skills and knowledge a lot whilst i was there, which helped with the job on a daily basis. Most of my co - workers were great. Very happy and always had positive attitudes. All looked out for each other and helped each other out which i thought was really good. Most enjoyable part of the job was looking forward to coming into work because of the friendships made whilst working, learning a lot from my colleagues.
