Overall reviews at Pertemps Network Group

Productive and convenient company
Convenient temporary contract work usually working 9-5pm. I have learned a lot of transferable skills, especially as i have done many roles at the University of Edinburgh. I have learned to adapt quickly. The management in these roles are always different. They do not always take all your skills in consideration when finding a role for you but it is convenient if you need short term work. There are different grades with different roles available so plenty choice within Education and Government roles.
Pros9-5 work
ConsSoulless office work

A great experience
Everyone was so welcoming and really took their time to help me get adjusted. There was always a great energy in the office and work was always being done, as well as targets being met.

Not good
Rather than sorting reference problems caused by them. They pressure you into correcting their mistakes. And when you need time to get them information. The hand you a p45.

Poor Area Manage and Team Leader
Both areas manager and team leader at the branch in hemel hempstead are totally useless, the office is dirty and the people are rude and un helpful. The place it self is awful and i wouldn’t never recommend anyone to work there. The turn over staff in is incredible, no one stays longer than 3 months.

Great Agency and great jobs
I have been recruited with Pertemps since April 2018, the process was very simple and they got everything sorted straight away. Very friendly staff over the phone, as long as you call within office hours always pick up and very quick to respond to emails. No problem with wages ever, even when I once forgot to send hours over on time. From the emails I receive they get alot of reputable companies. They were very open about the job role and what was expected.
ProsHonest, achievable targets, great work environment, helpful staff
ConsPertemps office isn't very accessible via public transport

Easy going
Being employed by PerTemps allowed me to get a feel and understanding of working with the Police. As I was working as a temporary administrator at the time, Per Temps were my employers. The company were very good at communicating with me, making sure things were going okay, and were very pleased for me when I managed to get a permanent job within Police Scotland.

A hard working team that is able to see the positive in everything
No two days are ever the same at PPDG, one day you are covering holiday and sickness the next you are compiling reports for the Regional Director for profiles and payments. I have the trust and freedom of my manager to do my work and complete it all in a timely manager. The hardest part of my job is telling people that they are completing the work wrong and that they many need to start all over again to get the correct claim paperwork completed. The best part of my jobs is that I can go round to different centres and and see what best practices that could be implemented into other centres to allow them to work more efficiently and productively

Great Company To Work For
I was primarily be responsible for all centralised referrals to APM contracts. To provide clerical and administrative support to team members and to seek to identify areas for continuous improvement through creativity and flexibility.
ProsPension, Healthcare Plan
ConsDistance to office from home
