Have worked at various places through Pertemps but speaking specifically about chocolate factory, the working hour were 9-5 with two short breaks and one lunch break. Many different people worked there whom I didn't know so I had to quickly bond in with them for which I had to have good communication and team skills. Many things that I learnt whilst working there. The attention to detail was very important as one little mistake end up causing damage worth hundreds of pounds and moreover treat every equally and do let anyone feel that they have been left out. With this experience it given me self-confidence when making decisions and interacting with other people. Management treated very well and gave orders in good manner and were well looked after with treats and bonuses. Hardest part of the job was to keep up in busy times. As orders started to coming at higher volume, the speed of work had to be picked up and keep up with. Most enjoyable part of the job was interaction with the employees.
