Hardwork, enjoyable and rewarding Sales/Community/Relationship Manager
Working hard to manage a sales force who work closely with local and national employers supporting long term unemployed individuals back into employment. Remotely managing a sales and community engagement team across 3 counties to support them in exceeding contractual targets set by DWP. Account managing National employers such as Marks and Spencers, NHS etc. Producing weekly/monthly reports for Senior Management Team. The role is full of variety and no two days are the same. The role is challenging as you are managing employers' expectation whilst suitably screening individuals who have been absent from the job market for some time. I support in developing training programmes to screen, train and up-skill prospect employees to ensure they are going to be at the "desired" standard required by the employer. I sit on local council employability boards to discuss and support the regeneration of our local area's, this is a great opportunity to network with local organisations, employers and potential referral partners I have worked with an amazing bunch of people who have all shared the same passion to change people's lives for the better.
