Your primary role is to answer calls from temps either wishing to state their availability, wanting to register or any issues that have arisen regarding placement at a particular site. Other calls are from clients requesting temps for work and anyone other feedback they have. Consultants and Directors may also call in requesting updates and any urgent necessary changes. As it is an out of hours call centre then your hours start from 1730 up to 0730 if need be. Call centre is covering many other company branches after they close at 1730. Good training is provided with helpful colleagues on hand. Every day is different as each call can be either industrial, HGV or even care worker based.
