the work depended total on the load of work, i learnt to communicate with the people how does not speak common international language and to work in a multi-culture environment , the management was good enough, the job was challenging but i realy enjoyed under high pressure of work load
Illegally low wages
Avoid , I brought my own van to to the neighbourhood courier work .Parcels would not arrive to my house till 10.30 A M , your supposed to check them in front of the delivery driver but he just wants to clear off to get on with his own overloaded deliveries, so you sign but if any are missing you've had it.Then you scan them all into your handset which can take an hour or more ,Then you can eventually start .delivering
ConsPay is around £3 per hour after expensesNeighbourhood

Very Good Place
Very nice place to work, my manager was very lovely and caring. I really loved this place until my contract ended and they weren't willing to hire me full time but still fun place to work. Drivers are always nice and make the work environment better!
Prosnice staff, decent pay, fun environment
Consnot guaranteed full-time after contract ends

Worst place I have been at
They don't treat you fairly, they expect you to work long hours overtime but they don't want to pay for it. If you are not married for the job, you. Won't progress any further.
ConsLong hours, low payment, bad management

Lack of support
There is severe lack of manager support within the depot.
They also delegate jobs to people when there are appropiate staff to do this job in place.

otimo ambiente de trabalho, empresa super honesta e valorizam seus funcionarios
not very productive.
you have to use your own vehicle, use your own wage for fuel,
if for any reason your vehicle is off the road Yodel will not help in any way,
it is not a nice company to work for in my own experience.
Consruined my own vehicle carrying parcels of excess weight.
AVOID!!!!!! Self employed courier
Where to start with this company, First of all it took three days before I received any parcels after being promised each day I would receive them. On interviewing you were told they would start you off with 40 parcels a day and Then up it from there, after working there for 2 weeks i was lucky if I got 15 parcels a day which after fuel cost worked out at about breakeven. The management are poor, no communication at all and there promises were just lies. Clearly taking people on when they don’t have the volume of parcels available for every driver.
Don’t waste your time with this shambles of a company. It will costs you more money than you will make.
Always busy environment
Great work place if you ambitious, seeking learn daily something new. Loads communication with service employees with customers over the phone or face to face.

what I learned
My very first fulltime job after I graduated from college.
I learned how to fight against with emergency situations alone, that was not easy for an freshman of this industry who was just graduated. Also, I learnd a lot of Korean's culture(this is an Korean company).
