Dont work here, a bullying culture exists throughout the whole company, if you complain , they cover it up including the management. Indeed they reward bullies and their thought is you should just get on with it even if you cant. And as for getting a promotion dont bother, they'll just take it off you if someone doesn't like and then turn round and blame you.

Friendly place to work. Colleagues and managers very supportive. 
Pushed to the best of my ability by being offered courses and training opportunities. 

Good place to work but as some people like to work there way up the ladder this place is not the job if you are looking for a stander end job then this place will be ok
