Probably one of the worst places I’ve ever worked. Management are so strict and expect way too much from you for just a part time job. I was made to feel stupid from the staff and management when I asked questions and when I didn’t know what I was doing because I don’t feel as though I was given proper training. Staff are very cliquey and it was just generally miserable. You also have to hit targets and when you don’t hit them you get in trouble and called out in group chats. One of the targets that they’re very strict on is digital receipts which I find stupid because who is actually able to keep track of their spending when their receipt is lost in their emails? Maybe some people are but no one I know finds them useful at all. They’re also not very disability inclusive. 

but what I would say is that if you need a job I would say work there, but not for long term- it depends on the kind of management that you end up having. If you are a good worker they will overwork you so do not let that happen, always set bounder even though they are your managers otherwise they will take advantage.


You have to meet targets, work dried up and their own staff obviously get priority so agency staff get laid off. I enjoyed working here but unfortunately got laid off 

Fantastic place to work, lovely staff, incredible atmosphere, friendly environment, flexible hours, good pay, excellent staff discount once 3 month probation is over

Nobody cared and the shop was for big and stank, mainly because homeless people were walking around thieving all day 

Management is supportive. The staff are a lot of younger people which I found good because the energy was always up and ready. Paid by the minute as well so you get what’s fair.
