Was a gr8 place to work, I was there before covid.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Dealing with customer and about there vehicles.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There did have a gri office a d a nice canteen 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Dealing with phone calls fro. Customer about booking there cars in and also up sell ads ons.

Avoid -  Unprofessional and outdated management style used to bully staff by making vailed threats through a culture of intimidation. Staff morale continuously low due to incompetent leadership who pay lip service to complaints.

Had really good friends and good team , feel like just a number to management and they keep you if the face fits and are mates with you.
Don’t feel like I was treated fairly and no help from them when made redundant
