Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols, safety guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Analyze production data and inspection reports to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for process enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, R&D, and supply chain to resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Train staff on quality assurance practices, proper documentation, and compliance requirements to foster a proactive quality culture.
- Manage non-conformance reports, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate product quality.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, certifications, and compliance documentation for regulatory review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality assurance management within manufacturing or food production environments.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP principles and implementation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively train teams and collaborate across departments.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving quality improvements and fostering a culture of compliance.
- Relevant certifications in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) are preferred but not mandatory.
