ROLE: Multi Skilled Engineer (HVAC Bias)

LOCATION: Hounslow, UK

We're looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC bias to provide and maintain a high level of building maintenance support to our clients, ensuring all contractual requirements, regulations, and compliance standards are met.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, fault diagnosis, and installation works across building services and HVAC systems.
- Assist in supervising contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, Health & Safety legislation, and company policies.
- Ensure all assets are maintained in accordance with O&M Manuals and contractual requirements, including fire regulations, COSHH, PPE, and PAT testing requirements.
- Complete reactive and planned maintenance tasks within agreed timescales, accurately recording works on worksheets and computer-based systems.
- Maintain plant rooms, equipment, and building fabric elements, ensuring they remain safe, clean, secure, and fully operational.
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
- Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent NVQ qualification in HVAC OR f-Gas.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, HVAC systems, statutory compliance, and current Health & Safety legislation.
- Ability to prioritise workloads, work independently, and support colleagues as required within a multi-skilled engineering team.
- Physically capable of carrying tools and equipment up to 20kg, working at height, and ascending/descending vertical access equipment.
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to participate in a call-out rota.
