Job Description
Thames Financial & Professional Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to support strategic financial decision-making and deliver high-quality advisory solutions for corporate clients. You will play a key role in analysing business opportunities, managing financial projects, and providing insights that help organisations achieve growth, improve performance, and maximise value. This position requires strong commercial judgement, technical finance expertise, and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate finance assignments including financial analysis, business evaluations, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, valuation assessments, and investment recommendations.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, restructuring projects, and other corporate transactions from analysis through execution.
- Work closely with clients, executives, and internal teams to develop practical financial strategies.
- Review financial performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations to enhance profitability.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across multiple engagements.
- Mentor junior finance professionals and contribute to improving advisory processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory, financial planning, investment analysis, or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of financial modelling, valuation techniques, forecasting, and commercial analysis.
- Excellent understanding of corporate reporting, business performance metrics, and strategic finance principles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
Pay: £76,000.00-£98,000.00 per year
