- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a collaborative approach to care
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and daily routines
- Manage classroom behavior with patience and positive reinforcement techniques
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Support colleagues in managing daily operations and creating a welcoming environment for families
Experience
- Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills in supervising young children or team members
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Experience with nursery routines, activity planning, and child development milestones
- Valid driving license is preferred for transporting children or running errands as needed
- Previous experience in childcare management or leadership roles is highly advantageous
