Vehicle Invoicing Administrator
Location: Eastleigh Preparation Centre
Salary: Up to £26,436.80
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–4:30pm
We’re looking for a motivated Vehicle Invoicing Administrator with strong administrative skills and a good understanding of mechanical knowledge to join our expanding team at our Eastleigh Preparation Centre. What you’ll be doing:
- Accurately invoice all cars processed by the Preparation Centre
- Ensure costs are recharged promptly by generating invoices and documentation for both internal and external use
- Approve and process parts for service centres, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Check vehicle service history to identify any work required before vehicles are released
- Produce end-of-day reports
- Scan and upload Service History and V5 documents to our internal system
- Through your understanding of mechanical repairs and costs, highlight areas of efficiency for the production and service teams.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or invoicing role
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Mechanical knowledge or experience within the automotive industry
- Ability to stay organised and work under pressure
- Motivated, proactive, and able to manage workload effectively
