ROLE: Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Air Conditioning Engineer Bias
HOURS: 40 hours per week
LOCATION: Bristol

We're looking for an experienced Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to work with a range of Mitie clients by maintaining new and existing air conditioning, UPS, generators, as well as general building services.
Role Responsibilities:-
Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance on air conditioning systems, UPS, generators and general building services

Act as the site lead on air conditioning systems

Carry out diagnostic checks and fault finding

Effectively prioritise your own workload

Undertake general maintenance tasks to assist the wider maintenance team

Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota

Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time

Work in accordance with Health & Safety procedures and maintain a proactive and positive approach to work
Required Qualifications:-
Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures

Physically able to carry out the full duties detailed in the job description

Full UK driving licence

Commitment to the delivery of excellent customer service

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Small Refrigeration

Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
