At InClerk Limited, we provide professional inventory, check-in, check-out and property reporting services to letting agents and landlords across London. Due to continued growth, we're looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Freelance Property Inventory Clerks.

The Role
You'll attend residential properties across London to carry out detailed property inspections and produce accurate digital inventory, check-in and check-out reports using our industry-leading reporting software.
You'll also act as a professional representative of our clients when collecting and returning keys.
This is an independent role that offers flexibility while providing valuable experience within the property sector.
The role includes weekend work, with Saturdays and month-end periods typically being our busiest times.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals who are:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident working independently and managing their own schedule.
- Professional with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable travelling throughout London using public transport.
- Adaptable and able to respond to changes in schedules or key collection arrangements.
- Physically fit, as the role involves significant walking, stair climbing and travelling between appointments.
This role is ideal for someone looking for 2–4 days of freelance work per week, or those wishing to fit work around studies, another job or running their own business.
What We Offer
- Self-employed freelance position with complete flexibility to choose your working days.
- Competitive pay of £30–£100 per property inspection, depending on property size and type.
- Realistically complete up to four inspections per day.
- Potential earnings of £1,500–£3,000 per month, depending on availability and seasonal demand.
