Senior Therapist
Job Type: Full Time
Hours: 36–40 hours per week
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with clients and managing a full column
- Beauty Therapy Level 2/3 qualification
- Gel nails experience essential
- Confident working independently and able to manage the salon alone when required
- Strong English communication and excellent client care skills
- Available to work Tuesday to Friday between 9am–5pm/7pm/8pm and Saturday 9am–3pm
- Experienced in: facials, waxing (including intimate hot wax), massage, tinting, manicure/pedicure, and gel nails

You will provide high-quality beauty and skincare treatments, deliver exceptional customer service, and help create a professional, welcoming experience for every client.
Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced beauty and skincare treatments to a high standard
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Advise on aftercare and skincare products
- Maintain clean, hygienic, and well-stocked treatment rooms
- Build strong client relationships through outstanding service
- Manage bookings and appointment schedules efficiently
- Promote and sell products and services
- Keep up to date with beauty trends, techniques, and products
