MegaClose is looking for an enthusiastic, confident and creative Student Promoter & Community Manager to help grow awareness of our student accommodation and build our presence within Nottingham’s student community.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is outgoing and genuinely enjoys meeting and connecting with people.
You’ll be the face of MegaClose within the student community, helping us generate accommodation enquiries and bookings while creating a strong social community for our current and future tenants.
The Role
- Promote MegaClose student accommodation across Nottingham to generate new enquiries and bookings.
- Engage directly with students on campus and in popular student areas.
- Develop and organise student events, competitions, giveaways and seasonal campaigns to increase brand awareness and build our tenant community.
- Create promotional partnerships with local and national businesses, restaurants and other student-focused brands.
- Work with TikTok creators, influencers and social media promoters to increase awareness of MegaClose.
- Help create engaging content and campaigns for TikTok, Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Organise brand pop-ups, promotional events, giveaways and product sampling opportunities for our current and future tenants.
- Build relationships with our existing tenants and encourage early re-bookings.
- Develop and promote tenant referral programmes to generate recommendations and encourage tenants to stay with us.
- Identify new and creative opportunities to reach students and increase awareness of our brand.
- Represent Megaclose in a friendly, confident and professional manner at all times.

- Active on TikTok, Instagram or other social media platforms.
- Interested in marketing, promotions, events, property or social media.
- Comfortable networking with local businesses, student groups and influencers.
- Creative and able to come up with fresh ideas for reaching and engaging students.
- Organised, reliable and able to take initiative.
- Professional and confident representing the MegaClose brand.
- Commercially minded and motivated to turn promotional activity into genuine enquiries and bookings.
