Security Officer (Front of House)
Location: Aldershot, GU11
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off / Flexible
Hours: Various shifts covering 5:00pm – 9:00am Monday to Friday, plus weekend days and nights

The Role
As a Front of House Security Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors while ensuring the site remains safe, secure, and welcoming. You'll carry out a variety of security and reception duties, responding professionally to incidents and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the reception and front-of-house area.
- Welcoming and assisting residents, visitors and contractors.
- Conducting regular internal and external security patrols.
- Responding to fire alarms and intruder alarm activations.
- Reporting maintenance issues promptly.
- Completing incident reports and daily documentation.
- Responding to security incidents and call-outs.
- Carrying out cleaning duties within communal areas when required.
- Assisting with waste management as required.
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
What We're Looking For
- A valid SIA Security Guarding (SG) or Door Supervisor (DS) Licence.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Good IT skills.
- Professional and reliable approach to work.
- Ability to work independently, including lone working.
- A full 5-year checkable employment history.
- Previous corporate or residential security experience is desirable.
