A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced person to join our Forensic CMHT Service as Team Administrator incorporating Receptionist duties to assist in the delivery of a wide range of services to the children and young people of South Derbyshire.
You will be based at St Andrews House 201 London Road, Derby DE1 2SX
15 hours per week, 2 days 9:00 – 5:00 pm
We are looking for a highly motivated, friendly, outgoing, reliable and flexible person to join our Team Administrators in FCMHT.
Excellent communication is required
Applicants will need the confidence and experience to be able to deliver a high quality front of house reception/admin support service, including
the greeting of clients to our premises, dealing with a wide range of telephone callers and working as part of a team delivering an excellent
support service to our FCMHT clinical teams and their clients.
Experience of multi-tasking in a busy office environment is required.
We are looking for a team player with a pleasant, welcoming manner and the ability to prioritise conflicting workload demands.
You will have good communication and organisational skills, together with IT skills (Word and Outlook essential), to be able to work with the
general public both in person and on the telephone in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
