Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Manage appointment scheduling at the front desk, ensuring smooth flow of client flow and minimizing wait times
- Promote salon services and retail products through upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue
- Engage with clients via social media platforms to showcase work, promote special offers, and attract new clientele
- Assist with additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions or makeup application when required
Skills
- Strong management skills to handle appointments efficiently and oversee daily salon operations
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members effectively
- Proficiency in social media management to boost salon visibility and attract new guests
- Outstanding customer service abilities to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients
- Experience with eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, makeup application, or barbering is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of hospitality principles to ensure guest services are consistently exceptional
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining genuine care for client needs
