We are looking for a caring, patient and reliable Nanny/Support Worker to become part of our family and provide one-to-one support for our amazing little boy
He is a happy, affectionate and fun-loving 6-year-old who loves being outdoors, swimming, soft play, sensory activities and exploring the world around him. He is non-speaking and has additional needs, so we're looking for someone who is kind, energetic and able to provide him with the support and supervision he needs to thrive.
About the Role
The role involves supporting him both at home and out in the community, helping him enjoy a wide variety of activities whilst ensuring he remains safe at all times.
Duties may include:
- Providing 1:1 support and supervision
- Taking him on outings such as parks, swimming, soft play and other activities
- Playing games, sensory activities and encouraging interaction
- Assisting with snacks and meals if required
- Supporting with simple routines at home
- Creating a fun, safe and positive environment where he can flourish
As he has additional needs, he:
- Requires constant supervision when outdoors.
- Has no awareness of danger.
- Is non-speaking.
- Thrives with routine, patience and consistency.

Experience working with children with additional needs is desirable but not essential. The right personality, willingness to learn and a genuine passion for supporting children are the most important qualities.
A driving licence and access to a car would be needed
