This is an agency job so hours will vary, we are looking for reliable and confident staff to join our team!
We also expect our staff to be happy with doing promotion work for the venues.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service regulations and food safety standards
- Manage cash handling, process payments accurately, and keep detailed transaction records
- Restock bar inventory as needed, tracking supplies to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours while managing time effectively
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of hospitality practices
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak times
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Knowledge of local alcohol laws and responsible serving practices
- A friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for creating positive guest experiences
