Beauty Therapist – Job Description
About the Role-
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Beauty Therapist to join our team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, delivers excellent client care, and has experience in a range of treatments. You will provide high-quality services while ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities-
Nail Services-
Manicures
Pedicures
Nail shaping
Cuticle care
Polish application
Gel polish and other nail treatments (if qualified)
Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards
Assess nail condition and provide aftercare advice
Lash & Brow Treatments-
Apply lash extensions (classic, hybrid, or volume)
Perform infills/removals
Lash lifts
Tints (if trained) Eyebrow threading
Waxing/shaping, and tinting
Conduct consultations and patch tests where required Provide aftercare guidance Facial Treatments
Perform facials including cleansing, exfoliation, masks, and extractions
Carry out skin consultations and recommend suitable treatments
Advise on skincare routines and products Follow all hygiene and safety procedures
Client Care & Professional Duties
Welcome clients and provide a comfortable, professional experience
Conduct consultations and explain treatments clearly
Maintain accurate client records where required
Keep treatment areas clean and sanitised Follow salon policies and health & safety standards Manage time effectively and maintain professionalism Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat bookings Work well within a team environment
Requirements-
Minimum 1 year experience in beauty therapy
Experience in one or more: nails, lashes, brows, waxing, or facials
Relevant qualifications preferred
Strong attention to detail and practical skills
Excellent communication and customer service
Knowledge of hygiene and safe practices
Professional, reliable, and well-presented
Willingness to learn and develop skills
