Im seeking a professional and passionate Beauty Therapist to join me on a part time basis but could lead to full time. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional beauty treatments, specialising in manicure, pedicure, gel polish, eyelash lift and tint, eyebrow wax and tint, spray tan, facials, waxing and massage while providing outstanding customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, helping clients look and feel their best. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour, ensuring a welcoming experience for all clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments
- Provide personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
Qualifications
- Ideally experience & training in level 2 & preferably level 3 or working towards
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate well
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse clients confidently
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- The ability to work in a small team and individually
- Friendly, approachable manner with a genuine passion for helping clients enhance their appearance
- Organised with good time management skills to handle appointments efficiently
