This probably isn’t the job advert you’re used to. Good.
No “competitive salary based on experience”.
No pretending you’ll be “supporting stakeholders” while staring at Excel all day.
No sitting around waiting for the clock to hit 5.
We’re looking for people who actually like talking to other people.
You’ll be out across London — on high streets, in train stations and shopping centres — stopping members of the public, starting conversations and getting them excited about some genuinely incredible charities.
The goal? Turn a conversation into action. Get people to sign up to regular monthly donations that help charities keep doing the work that matters — from supporting communities here in the UK to helping people around the world.
And yes, people will say no.
Quite a lot, actually.
You’ll need to be the kind of person who can hear “no thanks”, shrug it off, find the next person and give it another go. Because when you get a “yes”, you’ll know you’ve helped make something happen.
The deal
£14.85 an hour / £88.80 a day guaranteed.
Hit your targets? Earn more.
Fly past them? Earn even more.
There’s no cap on commission, so your earning potential isn’t limited by a salary band dreamed up in a boardroom.
You'll also get:
- Monday–Friday, full-time hours but with flexibility
- Paid training — we’ll teach you what you need to know
- Regular coaching to help you get better
- Opportunities to develop professionally and progress
- A genuinely social team — expect lots of fun, teamwork and support
- Wellbeing support and a serious commitment to safeguarding
- The chance to build real-world skills in communication, sales, confidence and leadership
- The opportunity to represent charities doing work that genuinely matters
Who are we looking for?
Honestly? People with a bit of fire in their belly.
You might be brilliant at sales. You might have worked in hospitality. You might be an actor, teacher, performer, student, graduate or someone who has absolutely no idea what they want to do next.
That’s fine.
We care less about your CV and more about how you show up.
Are you energetic?
Can you talk to anyone?
Can you take rejection without taking it personally?
Do you want to challenge yourself?
Are you competitive?
Do you want to earn more when you perform?
Are you prepared to work hard?
And, perhaps most importantly, do you actually give a damn about making a difference?
If you’ve answered yes to most of those, come and see what you can do.
This is a job where you’ll be challenged, pushed, supported, paid for your effort and surrounded by people doing the same thing.
It won’t be for everyone.
But if sitting behind a desk all day sounds like your idea of a nightmare, you really should apply.
