We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our three regional depots in Poole, Weston-Super-Mare and Liskeard. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, improving processes and working collaboratively to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing
- Leading and supporting our operational teams across our depots in Poole, Weston-Super-Mare and Liskeard.
- Encouraging collaboration between teams to make the best use of resources while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Overseeing our Installation Team and associated processes to ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience.
- Coaching, motivating and developing colleagues while building strong relationships across operations, customer service and the wider business.
- Championing a customer-first culture, empowering teams to deliver thoughtful, practical solutions and continuously improve our service.
- Working closely with the Operations Director to deliver the company's operational strategy and business objectives.
- Leading and supporting operational improvement projects as required.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
