We are looking to expand our Production Technician team across our manufacturing departments. Our Production Technicians play a key role in setting, operating, maintaining and continuously improving our specialist automated manufacturing equipment, helping to keep production running efficiently 24 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Successful candidates will be based within one of our specialist manufacturing areas, including Clipping, Tape & Reel and Robots, with opportunities for cross-training in other departments to support business needs and personal development.
This is a hands-on technical role requiring a high level of attention to detail, a strong focus on quality, and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided, and you will be assigned a mentor to support your development within the manufacturing environment.
Shift Patterns
We currently operate a range of shift patterns across our manufacturing departments and are recruiting for the following shifts:
Early Shift
- Monday to Thursday: 06:00 – 14:00
- Friday: 06:00 – 13:00
- 22.5% shift allowance
Late Shift
- Monday to Thursday: 13:30 – 21:30
- Friday: 13:00 – 20:00
- 22.5% shift allowance
Night Shift
- Monday to Wednesday: 21:00 – 07:00
- Thursday: 21:00 – 06:00
- 40% shift allowance
Salary
Base Salary: £28,228.54 per annum
Plus Shift Allowance:
- Early Shift: £34,579.96 per annum (including 22.5% shift allowance)
- Late Shift: £34,579.96 per annum (including 22.5% shift allowance)
- Night Shift: £39,519.96 per annum (including 40% shift allowance)
Pay: £28,228.54 per year
