Trainee / Junior Estate Agent required

Cooper Adams is one of West Sussex's leading independent estate agents and we're growing. We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Property Consultant to join our team and help our clients move to the next chapter of their lives.
This is the perfect opportunity if you love talking to people, enjoy providing outstanding customer service and want to build a long-term career in property. Full training is provided, so previous estate agency experience isn't required.
What we're looking for
- A confident, friendly and positive people person.
- At least two years' experience in a customer-facing or telephone-based role.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys speaking to people on the phone.
- Highly organised, motivated and disciplined.
- Smart, professional and well presented.
- Eager to learn and develop.
- A full UK driving licence and your own car.
- Fluent spoken and written English.

What you'll learn
- Conducting property viewings.
- Creating outstanding property marketing campaigns.
- Learning how professional photography, video tours, floorplans and social media marketing help achieve the best results.
- Preparing properties for launch and ensuring every listing stands out.
- Learning about AI, upfront legal information and Reservation Agreements.
- Helping clients prepare their homes for sale.
- Learning how to value property.
- Negotiating offers to achieve the best possible price.
- Progressing sales through to completion.
- Providing outstanding communication and support throughout the moving process.
- Developing into a trusted property expert across sales and lettings.

The role
- Full-time.
- Monday to Friday plus Saturdays, with a weekday off.
- Based across our three BN16 offices.
