We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team at Infinity! If your a student and passionate about providing excellent customer service, ensuring safety, and having fun, this is the perfect role for you!
Availability Requirements:
- Must be fully available Thursday & Friday from 3 PM / 4 PM
- Holiday hours may vary
- MUST be available Saturdays & Sundays
Key Responsibilities:
- Marshal the trampoline park, ensuring customers follow court rules and have fun safely.
- Provide outstanding customer service and engage with visitors to make their experience memorable.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the park at all times, ensuring the environment is safe and enjoyable.
- Ensure all equipment is in safe working condition and notify management of any issues.
- Perform opening and closing tasks, including safety checks and ensuring the park is ready for the next day.
- Uphold data protection standards and ensure customer information is secure.
- Follow company policies on health & safety and risk assessments.
General Requirements:
- Be a team player who is ready to take on additional duties as required by management.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company business principles.
