Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly and taking orders accurately
- Serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas
- Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
- Handling cash transactions and operating the POS system with basic maths skills
- Assisting with setting up and clearing tables as needed
- Providing information about menu items and making recommendations to guests
- Pouring drinks
- Supporting team members during busy periods to ensure excellent guest experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently
- Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
