What will you be responsible for?
As an Assistant Bridge Engineer – Design, you'll be working within the Structures design team, supporting them in delivering high-quality designs and technical solutions.
Working from our Salford Quays office with remote flexibility, you'll collaborate with a supportive team to deliver innovative engineering solutions for local and national authorities. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your technical skills while contributing to meaningful projects that make a real difference.
Your day to day will include:
- Preparing preliminary and detailed designs in accordance with approved design procedures
- Assisting in the production of design drawings and schedules
- Supporting the delivery of technical and feasibility studies that meet client specifications
- Conducting on site investigations and analysing data including maps, reports, and drawings
- Contributing towards technical excellence and innovation across the team
