Company of Cooks is looking for a skilled
Pastry CDP
to join our team at the Royal Ballet and Opera. You’ll create high-quality desserts, support seasonal menu development, and uphold excellent standards in a fast-paced, creative kitchen.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as Pastry CDP in quality kitchens
- Passion for pastry, detail and creativity
- Strong knowledge of patisserie & food safety
- Flexible for evenings/weekends | Right to work in UK
