Join our IT Team
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide first and second-line support across the business.
You’ll be the go-to person for IT support, helping colleagues stay connected, productive, and secure while delivering an excellent support experience.
What you’ll do
- Provide first and second-line IT support, acting as the primary point of contact for users and delivering excellent customer service.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365-related issues through remote and on-site support.
- Manage service desk tickets, ensuring incidents and requests are logged, prioritised, resolved, or escalated within agreed service levels.
- Administer user accounts, access permissions, password resets, and joiner/mover/leaver processes across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
- Support the maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure, business systems, and security controls.
- Assist with system upgrades, migrations, deployments, and technology projects, working closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures to improve service delivery and knowledge sharing.
- Identify recurring issues, contribute to service improvements, and ensure support activities are recorded effectively within ServiceNow.
What we’re looking for
✔ Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
✔ Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365,and IT support processes
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Ability to prioritise and solve problems effectively
Desirable:
- Active Directory / Azure AD / Entra ID
- Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
- ServiceNow or ITSM tools
- ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft certifications
- Exposure to AWS and cybersecurity best practices

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
