Pay: £24,784.50 pa + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000+)

We’re looking for experienced Holiday Sales Representatives to join our Love Holidays outbound sales team. You’ll be speaking to customers who have already shown interest in booking a holiday — your job is to convert that interest into confirmed bookings and unforgettable experiences.
*** Travel industry experience is essential for this role ***
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Making outbound calls to warm leads (customers who’ve abandoned their basket)
- Recommending and booking holiday packages
- Upselling extras such as transfers, insurance, seat upgrades, and baggage
- Handling inbound calls when required
- Working towards daily and weekly sales targets
- Delivering excellent customer service while closing the sale
What We’re Looking For:
- Essential: Previous experience in the travel industry, ideally within sales
- Proven ability to close sales and work to targets
- Confident, engaging communicator with strong rapport-building skills
- Motivated, resilient, and driven by commission
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced outbound sales environment
