Teatimers is looking for Playworkers to join our after-school club team at Juniper Hill School in Flackwell Heath.
This is a lovely role for someone who enjoys being with children and can help create a friendly, playful end to the school day. You might be helping children settle in after school, joining in with games or crafts, serving food, playing outside, listening to children talk about their day, or helping someone who needs a quieter moment.
You do not need to have a childcare qualification to apply. We are happy to train the right person. We are looking for someone who is kind, reliable, sensible, playful and interested in children.
It can also suit someone starting out in childcare or someone with existing experience. This role can work especially well for sixth form, college or university students who are good with children and looking for regular part-time work. What matters most is that you enjoy being with children, take the role seriously, and can be relied on.
The basics
- Location: Juniper Hill School, Flackwell Heath
- Hours: Usually 3.00pm to 6.00pm, term time only
- Pay: £9.40–£13.70 per hour, depending on age, experience, qualifications and agreed responsibilities

- This role is based at Juniper Hill School in Flackwell Heath (HP10 9LA) and starts at around 3.00pm on school days. Are you able to reliably get there by this time? There is no public transport.
- We are looking for people who can work regularly during term time, not just occasional shifts. Are you able to commit to regular weekly shifts during term time?
