PPM Support is looking for a confident and ambitious Business Development & Client Relations Executive to join our growing team.
We provide specialist storage, logistics and inventory management support to leading hotels, restaurants and hospitality businesses in London.
The main focus of the role will be liaising with existing clients, developing strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
You will work closely with our Director of Operations to research prospects, run targeted sales campaigns, arrange meetings and occasionally travel to London to attend client meetings, exhibitions and networking events.
You will also be trained to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other business development tools to help identify and approach new prospects.
Alongside this, you will work with our Operations Administrator on social media and marketing activity.
As part of your training, you will also learn our day-to-day operations so you can provide cover during holidays and sickness. This will include processing client requests, arranging deliveries and collections, updating inventory and liaising with clients, drivers and the warehouse team.

- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Happy working independently and as part of a small team
- Willing to occasionally travel to London
Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, hospitality, customer service or marketing would be an advantageous but not essential, attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
