We are seeking a Paralegal to join the Legal team at ISS UK Limited.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide support to the Employment Law team, with a focus on complex employment tribunals and the management of unfair dismissal and wage claims.
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised legal professional to be based at ISS UK’s offices, including our headquarters in South Quay, London.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting case management, preparing legal documentation, and building effective relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employment tribunal litigation from initial instruction through to conclusion.
- Manage a caseload of unfair dismissal and wage claims.
- Prepare ET responses and other legal documentation.
- Compile hearing bundles, witness statements, and case files.
- Coordinate with external barristers on employment tribunal matters.
- Maintain case trackers and risk reports for the Employment Law team.
- Conduct legal research to support ongoing matters.
- Build effective relationships with HR, managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient case management and a high standard of legal support.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Experience in a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or legal administration role.
- Ideally, exposure to employment law or employment tribunals.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Commitment to accuracy across legal documentation and case management.
- Confident stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
