This is an exciting opportunity to join the Resources and Library Systems Team as a Library Advisor. You'll play an important role in supporting students, staff and researchers by helping to maintain library systems, enhance access to learning resources and ensure our library spaces remain welcoming, accessible and inclusive.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the University, you'll support the day-to-day running of library systems and services, contribute to resource management and help deliver an excellent user experience.

Support the maintenance and operation of library systems, resources and self-service technologies.

Work with colleagues and stakeholders to maximise the value and accessibility of learning resources.

Help ensure students and staff can access the information and support they need for learning, teaching and research.

Contribute to inclusive and accessible library services, including support for digitised resources.

Assist with resource management, licence administration and service improvement activities.
We're looking for someone with strong communication and customer service skills who enjoys working with people, information and technology. Experience in higher education, information management or other customer-focused environments would be beneficial, and experience in using Library Management systems such as Alma, Koha and Heritage is essential.
