We're looking for an organised, proactive Service Planner / Dispatch Coordinator to become the operational hub of our business. This is a fast-paced role where you'll coordinate engineers, manage customer appointments, plan workloads, and help drive continuous improvement across our operations.

The Role
You'll coordinate our field engineering operation, ensuring the right engineer is in the right place at the right time while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and scheduling engineer appointments
- Dispatching jobs based on location, skillset and priority
- Managing workshop schedules and capacity
- Coordinating fleet MOTs and vehicle servicing
- Keeping customers informed throughout their jobs
- Resolving scheduling issues quickly and efficiently
- Improving operational processes using LEAN principles
- Working closely with engineers, managers and customers to maximise productivity and service delivery
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and thrives in a busy operational environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in dispatch, logistics, planning, scheduling or service coordination
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong geographical knowledge of North Wales, Cheshire, Shropshire and the North West
- Confidence communicating with customers and colleagues
- Experience using CRM, scheduling or job management software
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- The ability to prioritise changing workloads while remaining calm under pressure
Experience within field service, healthcare, engineering, transport or logistics would be advantageous.
