The Rewards

Your Role - As a Field Maintenance Engineer, you are the face of our aftersales service. You will:
- Inspect & Repair: Ensure playground equipment meets strict safety standards (BSEN 1176).
- Problem Solve: Use various power tools to complete high-quality on-site repairs.
- Customer Focus: Liaise directly with clients to manage access and provide a 5-star experience.
- Independence: Manage your company vehicle and stock while working solo or in a team on larger projects.
What You Need (Essential)
- Experience: At least 1 year using power tools.
- Mobility: A full UK Driving Licence and willingness to stay away 4 nights per week (100% travel).
- Skills: Strong geographical knowledge and the ability to work under pressure.
- Compliance: A DBS certificate (or willingness to undergo one).
Bonus Skills (Desirable)
- RPII Operational Inspector qualification (This will fast-track your progression).
- Experience in construction or groundworks
- Experience in outdoor play equipment installation
