Made Uncommon Ltd is a rapidly expanding premium chocolate business, home to a portfolio of well-known brands includingCoco Chocolatier, Hip, Otherly, UP-UP and Seed & Bean. We supply customers across grocery, gifting, hospitality and international market's, and as we continue to grow we're looking of a reliable, hands-on Production Line Operator to join our growing team.
This is a varied role at the heart of our operation. You'll be responsible for overseeing our packaging lines whilst supporting our production, packing and warehouse activities to ensure customer orders are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time.
The Role
Your primary responsibility will be operating and overseeing our packaging lines, ensuring they run safely and efficiently and with minimal downtime. You'll also support the wider manufacturing operation by assisting with packing, warehouse duties and general operational tasks to keep the business running smoothly
Key Responsibilites
Production and Machinery
- operate and oversee our packaging machine
- support machine setup, changeovers and basic troubleshooting
- Monitor machine performance and identify issues before they become problems
- helo maximise production efficiency while maintaining quality and safety standards
Packing & Order Fulfilment
- Pack products across multiple premium chocolate brands
- ensure products meet quality, presentation and packing standards
- Work efficiently to achieve daily production and dispatch targets
Warehouse & Logistics
- Build pallets for UK and international dispatch
- Support goods in and goods out processes
- load and unload deliveries
- organise stock and maintain warehouse accuracy
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- has previous experience working within a manufacturing or production environment (NOT ESSENTIAL- AS FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED)
- Is practical, hands-on and has a can do attitude
- Is reliable with an excellent work ethic
- can work independently whilst also being a strong team player
- is organised and takes pride in producing high quality work
- is flexible and willing to support different areas of the operation when required
Pay: £27,976.00 per year
