Description:
Responsible for the daily routine administrative tasks that supports/adds value and efficiency to the overall strategic performance of the company. A key coordinator within the business.
ROLE
Main Responsibilities include:
· Writing and dispatching routine or straightforward letters.
· Answering general queries by telephone/email or in person.
· Record of stock control between departments/ locations
· Maintain Web shop
· Social Media management
· Photocopying documents.
· Obtaining information from the computer.
· Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files. Ordering stationery.
· Maintain quality of service to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.
· Respond to and follow up Contract/Sales enquiries, using appropriate method
· Sorting & opening post
· Order processing and administration, ensuring sales orders are accurate within relevant processes.
· Adhere to all company policies, procedures, business code of ethics and other company requirements.
· Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.
Liaison:
Liaise with various internal departments, Workrooms, Sales and Accounts on business related matters where required.
Liaise with customers where required
Demonstrate an ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
CRITERIA
Education:
· Essential – a good solid education is essential, with a minimum of GCSE passes in Maths and English or equivalent
· Essential – Good PC skills, with experience in Word/Excel and Outlook – intermediate to advance level.
· Desirable – PowerPoint and Access
Experience:
· Experience in a similar administrative role, which demonstrates good interpersonal skills
· Competent working knowledge of Microsoft packages
· Some financial/accounting experience would be an advantage
· Military knowledge desirable

· Excellent verbal and good basic standard of written communication skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Good organisational skills
· Demonstrate proactivity
· Sound numeracy and basic computer literacy
