Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sub Contract Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and possess a keen ability to identify customer needs. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Your expertise will help guide customers through their purchasing decisions, ensuring they receive the best solutions tailored to their requirements. Salary will be subject to experience.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Majority of time will be spent out on the road on appointments.
- Ability to earn through commission only.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Assist in the development of promotional strategies to attract new customers.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through post-sale support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role within the glazing industry, preferably within a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
- Previous experience in consultative selling or knowledge of our industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must have own Transport
