Job Summary:
NF Manufacturing Services Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Process Supervisor to oversee production processes and help maintain an efficient, consistent flow of manufacturing activities. The role will work closely with production teams to monitor processes, address operational difficulties, and introduce practical improvements that support output and reliability.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise manufacturing processes across assigned production areas
- Monitor workflow through different stages of production
- Coordinate daily process priorities with production teams
- Identify process delays, recurring disruptions, and inefficient working methods
- Support adjustments to improve production flow and consistency
- Work with maintenance and technical teams when equipment issues affect processes
- Review production information to identify operational trends
- Assist with trials of revised processes, equipment settings, or working methods
- Maintain process records and communicate important changes to relevant teams
- Guide employees on updated production procedures and process requirements
- Provide management with recommendations for improving manufacturing performance
Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing, production, process operations, engineering support, industrial operations, or a related environment
- Good understanding of practical production and manufacturing processes
- Strong organisation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to supervise activities within a busy production environment
- Confidence working with production teams and technical colleagues
- Comfortable reviewing process information and operational records
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Supervisory or process-improvement experience is advantageous but not essential
- Manufacturing, engineering, operations, or related qualifications are helpful, with relevant practical experience also considered

Pay: £49,000.00 per year
