Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will be NVQ Level 2 (minimum) qualified and a true all-rounder, delivering a wide range of treatments to the highest standard while ensuring every client feels relaxed, cared for, and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional beauty treatments including:
- Nail services (manicure, pedicure, gel polish)
- Eyebrow treatments (tinting, shaping, waxing, threading)
- Waxing (facial and body)
- Threading
- Facials (preferred)
- Massage (preferred)
- Deliver exceptional client care and personalised service
- Maintain a clean, tidy and hygienic salon environment at all times
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Upsell and recommend suitable products and treatments to clients
- Create high-quality photos and videos of treatments and results for social media
Skills & Attributes:
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent results.
- Friendly, well-spoken, and professional in appearance and manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Confident in taking clear, aesthetic photos/videos for platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- Basic understanding of social media content creation and trends
