We now have an exciting opportunity to be part of our new franchise in Kendal. We require a highly-motivated, target-driven person with a positive ‘can do’ attitude to lead the team of our Geely franchise based out of our additional new Kendal dealership on Mintsfeet Estate.
With a proven track record in automotive sales, we need someone who can drive this new area of our business with the ambition and energy to match our expansion plans. As with all our existing franchises, the importance of maintaining the highest standards and achieving the best possible customer experience is paramount. We are looking for someone who has:
· A proven track record in vehicle sales management
· The ability to deliver the highest level of customer care
· Strong F and I skills and knowledge
· A results driven attitude
· The ability to spot opportunities to maximise activity with existing and new customers
· Ability to handle sales negotiations competently
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· An understanding of performance in people and the ability to lead and motivate the sales team
A full driving licence is also essential.
Our sales opening hours are Monday to Saturday and the position will involve some bank holiday work. A
