One Choice Cover is looking for a confident Insurance Advisor to join our Swansea office. This is a one-stage sales role — you'll speak to the customer, talk them through their options, and close the sale, all in one call.
What you'll be doing:
- Speaking to over-50s customers about our insurance products, one call, start to finish
- Talking people through their options and closing the sale on the spot
- Hitting your weekly sales targets
- Full training given — no insurance background needed
What we're looking for:
- Confident, persuasive, comfortable closing over the phone
- Resilient — not every call converts, and that's fine
- Reliable, on time, happy to be in the office
- Previous sales, telesales, or insurance experience is a bonus but not essential
What you'll get:
- Starting at £26,000 a year, OTE £50,000, uncapped commission
- Full-time role based in our Swansea city centre office — recently refurbished, with excellent parking and transport links
- Full training and support to get you up to speed
