We are on the hunt for team members to join our front of house bar team - it's fast paced, fun and rewarding.
No matter what your experience level, full training will be given.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare orders including hot drinks, cakes, cocktails and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with company standards.
- Maintain stock levels, restocking fridges, shelves, and bar areas as required.
- Keep bar areas clean and tidy, washing glassware, daily and weekly cleaning tasks and ensuring excellent hygiene standards.
- Support with preparation, setup, and closing duties.
- Check ID and follow Challenge 21/25 policies in line with licensing laws.
- Assist with maintenance, including beer line cleaning and changing barrels (if trained).
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide support during busy periods, ensuring efficient service and minimal waiting times.
Shift Pattern
Typical shifts would include but are not limited to:
- 1 to 2 midweek shifts
- Mixture of evening shifts Thursday to Sunday

Starting hourly rate is variable based on age and experience (under 23's pay is scaled based on age/experience).
